Great communication throughout

As a first home buyer, I really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with throughout the process. He was always quick to respond and happy to answer all of my questions, which was really helpful when there were plenty of things I wasn’t sure about. Overall, he made the process feel straightforward and was easy to deal with from start to finish.

Above and beyond

From the moment we engaged Jake to sell our home, he went above and beyond and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Jake didn’t just sell our house, he helped us get through the chaos of moving. He was there on actual moving day, helping us get out the door, and even went as far as picking up the missed “dog present” on the front lawn before open home. Those might seem like small things, but when you’re trying to sell a house, pack up your family and move, they reduce the 'moving noise'. He made what could have been a really stressful experience feel much calmer. Thanks Jake!
